SketchUp Model of New Second Floor

I’m looking for an experienced SketchUp modeler to create a clean, accurate 3D model of the new second floor of my home from PDF architectural plans. The goal is to create a model that feels like walking through the future upstairs so I can make interior design decisions. It should be faithful to the plans, but it does not need to be construction-level accurate or photorealistic. Project includes: * New second floor * Staircase connecting the first and second floors * Walls, windows, doors, ceiling heights, and rooflines where applicable * Major built-ins (such as cabinetry) I will provide: * PDF architectural plans (see PDF) Deliverables: * SketchUp (.skp) model * Organized tags/layers * Short exported walkthrough video * Several saved camera scenes from the major rooms Please do not include: * Furniture * Decorative accessories * Landscaping * Photorealistic rendering The model should be clean, organized, and easy to edit. I’ll be using it as the foundation for exploring interior design ideas and exporting my own screenshots from different viewpoints. When applying, please include: * A fixed-price quote * Estimated turnaround time * One or two examples of similar SketchUp models you’ve created from architectural plans This is Phase 1 of a larger home modeling project.
