Skilled Graphic Designer for generating Merchandise TechPack

We're a premium custom headwear brand looking for a skilled graphic designer to produce high-quality tech packs on an ongoing basis. The role: take client-supplied artwork (usually vector) and turn it into a clean, production-ready tech pack PDF that our factory works from. This includes laying out the design across the cap (front, side, rear, underpeak, internal branding), showing placement, dimensions, colours (Pantone), and materials clearly. What we need: Exceptional attention to detail. The artwork must be crisp, accurate and true to the client's brand, this is premium product, so quality is everything. Strong vector skills (Illustrator or similar). Comfortable working with and cleaning up client-supplied vector files. Clear, professional tech pack layout that a manufacturer can follow without ambiguity. Fast, reliable turnaround and good communication. Nice to have: experience with apparel, headwear or soft goods tech packs. To apply: please share a portfolio showing tech packs or production-ready artwork you've produced.
