Our initial product lineup includes: * PDRN Salmon DNA Peptide Serum * Niacinamide Capsule Cream PDRN Salmon DNA * PDRN Collagen Mask * Collagen Deep Mask Our products are fulfilled through a 3PL partner and sold via Shopify. We are NOT looking for a generic Facebook Ads manager. We are looking for an experienced growth consultant or agency with a proven track record of scaling skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care brands in the US market. Our objectives: * Successfully launch Kibu Lab in the US * Build strong brand awareness * Generate profitable sales from day one * Maximize ROAS * Improve conversion rates * Increase Average Order Value (AOV) * Develop customer retention and repeat purchases * Scale progressively toward $100,000+ monthly revenue Required expertise: * Shopify * Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) * TikTok Ads * UGC strategy and creator sourcing * Landing pages and conversion optimization * Email & SMS marketing (Klaviyo) * Beauty / Cosmetics / Skincare industry experience in the US When applying, please provide: 1. Skincare or beauty brands you have scaled. 2. Revenue achieved for those brands. 3. Typical ROAS achieved. 4. Examples of Shopify stores you managed. 5. Your launch strategy for a new premium skincare brand. 6. Your monthly management fee and services included. Preference will be given to candidates who have personally scaled skincare brands to $100k+/month and can demonstrate real case studies.
