Skool Community Builder & Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced Skool community expert to help us build, structure, and grow an engaging online community. This is not just about setup — we want someone who understands community psychology, engagement, retention, and monetization. 🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For Full Skool community setup (from scratch or restructuring) Creating a clear and organized classroom/course structure Setting up categories, modules, and navigation Designing a smooth onboarding experience Writing welcome posts, pinned posts, and guidelines Setting up calendar events (weekly calls, Q&A, etc.) Implementing engagement systems (gamification, posts, prompts) Advising on membership tiers & monetization strategy Helping improve community retention and activity 🎯 What We’re Looking For Proven experience working with Skool Strong understanding of community engagement & growth strategies Ability to think strategically (not just execute tasks) Experience with online courses or membership communities Bonus if you’ve worked with creators, coaches, or education brands 📦 Deliverables Fully structured Skool community Optimized classroom layout Engagement plan (weekly content + ideas) Onboarding flow for new members Recommendations for scaling & monetization 💬 To Apply Please include: Examples of Skool communities you’ve built or managed A short explanation of how you would improve engagement in a new community Your availability & estimated timeline
