Skool Community Builder & Ongoing Manager — Setup, Automation & Management

We're launching a Skool community serving farming and ranching families focused on multi-generational legacy planning. The community is built and partially set up — we're supplying all videos and content — and we need an experienced Skool community manager to organize it properly, connect our automations, and manage it on an ongoing basis long-term. PHASE 1 — BUILD (immediate start required): Review and optimize our existing Skool setup Organize and structure the Classroom, modules, and member journey for two tiers: a free community and a paid mastermind Set up member onboarding flows for both tiers Write/refine the community banner and key information posts Connect Skool to Constant Contact via Zapier and build a working onboarding automation (our Constant Contact lists are already configured — we just need the Skool–Zapier–CC connection built and tested) Establish community guidelines and navigation ONGOING — MANAGEMENT (after launch): Member onboarding, moderation, and daily oversight Uploading and organizing new content as we supply it Supporting our host's weekly Q&A (scheduling, reminders, posting replays) Engagement support and community health monitoring Content updates and resource management WHAT WE'RE SUPPLYING: All videos and content are provided — this is not a content creation role. The work is organization, structure, automation, and management. COMING SOON: A third tier — a six-week advisor training course — will be added in the coming weeks, so there is room for this engagement to grow.
