Skool Community Expert Needed for Setup, Growth & Engagement Strategy

I’m building a Skool community and I need someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. Not guessing. Not experimenting on my project. If you’ve already built or managed Skool communities that people actually engage in (and pay for), we’ll get along just fine. The Goal: I don’t just want a “set up.” I want a community that feels alive, structured properly, and built in a way that supports growth from day one. Scope of Work: Set up the Skool classroom and community layout properly Structure modules for clarity and retention (not messy or overwhelming) Create a solid onboarding flow for new members Set up gamification (levels, points, etc.) in a way that actually makes sense Write or refine key messaging (welcome post, community guidelines, descriptions) Advise on best practices for growth and engagement Who This Is For: You’ve worked on Skool before (and can show it) You understand what makes people stay in a community vs. leave You don’t need hand-holding you can take direction and run with it You care about quality and details
