Skool Community & YouTube Growth Manager (Long-Term Opportunity)

Skool Community & YouTube Growth Manager (Long-Term Opportunity) I’m looking for a proactive and experienced Community & Content Manager to help grow my online education and relocation brands. My Skool community currently has 16+ members and contains courses, resources, live sessions, and discussions focused on Hijrah and relocating to Muslim countries. I need someone who can actively manage, engage, and grow the community while improving member retention and overall experience. I also need help managing my YouTube presence. Currently, my content consists of both Islamic reminders and relocation-related content. I am considering separating these into two dedicated channels and need someone who can help organise, manage, optimise, and grow them. Responsibilities include: * Managing and growing the Skool community * Increasing engagement and member retention * Creating posts, polls, challenges, and community discussions * YouTube channel management and optimisation * Organising content into clear categories/brands * Uploading and scheduling videos * SEO, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails * Basic video editing and repurposing content * Creating systems for long-term growth About me: I am the founder of Move 2 Madinah, a relocation consultancy helping Muslims move to Muslim countries, and Madinah Student Life, a platform focused on Islamic education and life in Madinah. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Initially, the role may be part-time, but as the community and channels grow, I am looking for someone who can become a key part of the team.
