We are an established spiritual and personal growth brand with a large YouTube and social following, plus an AI astrology product. We want to build and launch a paid Skool community, run an event-style launch that drives a real surge of members, and then grow it. We are hiring the person who has actually done this many times, not someone who will learn on us. What you will do: - Build the community on Skool from the ground up: setup, branding, classroom and course structure, onboarding, welcome and pinned flow. - Plan and run an event-style launch (a live event funnel) that drives the initial wave of members. - Set up the funnel and pages in ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel, and help us shape the offer and pricing for a low-barrier community. - Build retention systems: onboarding, ongoing engagement, declined-card follow-up, and annual offers. - Advise on paid traffic to the community and work alongside our ads person. - Give us a clear week-by-week plan tied to a target launch date. Who we are looking for: - You have personally launched paid Skool communities that hit real numbers. You can show the community links, member counts, and the launch or revenue results you drove. - You understand event launches, funnels, offers, and low-ticket retention, not just day-to-day community moderation. - You can work with a creator who has a large audience where part of the list is cold. - You are organized, you communicate clearly, and you can run a timeline without being chased. Do not apply if: - Your experience is generic community moderation or VA work with no launch or marketing results. - You can only describe what you would do in theory and cannot point to communities you have actually launched. - You need us to hand you the strategy.
