Small Animation Project for Real Estate

We are a small real estate company looking for an animator to create a short, simple animation for a marketing video. The concept is straightforward: we need a static map of Virginia with location pins appearing throughout Southeast Virginia to illustrate that we saturated one region before expanding into another area of the state. The animation will likely be only a few seconds long and should have a clean, professional look. (We will send you the coordinates.) (We will most likely need a map to be created/drawn, we don't like google maps) We’ve spoken with several freelancers already, but so far no one has been able to accurately capture the vision we’re trying to convey. Because of that experience, we’d prefer to pay for the completed, approved final product rather than hourly work or milestones, but we would love to chat more with you about that. This is a small project, but we’re looking for someone who communicates well, understands direction, and can execute the idea accurately. If we’re happy with the final result, there is potential for additional animation work on future marketing projects. We look forward to hearing from you.
