Small Business Bookkeeper

Hi, I’m looking for a **QuickBooks Online Certified bookkeeper** to help clean up and organize our books and transition everything into a new QuickBooks account that we’ve set up. The main needs are: * Review and reconcile the existing QuickBooks books * Clean up any discrepancies, duplicates, or miscategorized transactions * Make sure accounts and transactions are properly organized * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Help determine what needs to be transferred/moved from the existing QuickBooks account to the new account * Set up the new account correctly and ensure the books are accurate and organized going forward * Provide guidance on the best way to structure the new QuickBooks account * Ideally, help establish a simple process so the books stay clean and reconciled going forward * **Prepare the books and financials for year-end tax preparation and provide any reports/documents needed by our tax preparer** We are a small business, so this is not a large or complicated set of books. We’re looking for someone who is **very experienced with QuickBooks Online cleanup and account transitions** and can work efficiently without overcomplicating things. We’re also interested in establishing an **ongoing relationship** with the right person for monthly bookkeeping/reconciliation and year-end tax preparation support. Please let me know: 1.
