Small Business AI Driven App Development

I have an idea and I have no clue how to pursue it. I have been in the retail industry for over 15 years. I have been a business owner in a small community for 6 years. I have had ups and downs. But my biggest hurdle as a small business owner is not knowing how to pursue social media engagement and sales. I want to develop an app, targeting retail small businesses, to help reduce the anxiety that comes with constantly trying to promote items online, and use AI to generate engaging posts. This app would take current inventory listed on your website and post to social media promoting specific items. I want the app to offer social media boosts or buy now offers. I want everything automated. I want it to recognize when a new item has been added to inventory. I want it to work with multiple different e-commerce platforms seamlessly. I want it to give suggestions on things that it needs to help make the businesses social media stand out. (IE: different inventory photos, better descriptions) This would be a subscription-based app. I have attached PDF explaining the app in more detail. I am in no way knowledgeable on how app development works or how to integrate AI. I am just a small business owner with an idea that I know would truly help other small business owners.
