Small Business Highlight & Marketing Video

I am looking for a video editor to take raw footage and create a highlight video of a local small business. The footage includes an interview with the business owner, two camera angles, as well as broll of the business owner. The editor will need to sort through the footage to pick the best parts of the conversation and condense it down to 1:30 - 2:30. The final video should have copyright-free music underneath, and include elements of both camera angles, as well as broll overlay. The footage is filmed at 1080 P, a combination of 23 and 60 fps, 1920x1080, some of the broll is stabilized with a gimble and some is shot on a tripod, both may need some stabilization at certain points.
