Small REVIT design project (one floorplan; 800 sq. ft.)

I have a small project that the client is asking for soon, and my draft team is too busy to fit it in. It's two things: 1. the floorplan of the first-level framing array on a 150 year old house (attached); and 2. A repair concept. The deliverable I need from you first is a PDF of the existing conditions that should be titled EXISTING CONDITIONS. When you and I get that accurate, I will send it to the contractor for markups. After I get those markups, I will give those to you for a REPAIR CONCEPT. We will continue with revisions until final draft. My vision for the deliverable is one sheet with the two floorplans and room for some details that we will add. I am eager to get this work performed in REVIT so that we can make sure that the dimensions are right. Also, I will need you to place my information in the title block. We don't need the title block style to match my usual one. This is just a small remodel so there is no sense in adding unnecessary expense. If you have any questions at all, please let me know.
