Small Website

I have an existing wordpress website and hosting account with SIteground and that website is being shuttered so I have allocated a new domain to the website. I want the current website to be completely replaced with a website that I have already had designed. I will share the HTML that illustrates the 8 new pages (attached here). I will also provide the siteground username and password and the wp admin username and password. Specific requirements as follows: - 8 new pages to be built on the new wordpress site using a design that will be provided for every page. - The home page logo, the header menu, the footer, the background, the fonts, the page layouts, and all copy and images are already provided in a single HTML FIle (attached here) - 8 pages are as follows: root URL, /about, /review1, /review2, /review3, /reader-feedback, /faq , /legal_privacy - Responsive/mobile design must be built in - Download buttons on every page that show alongside a counter and all counters on the website are updated whenever a file is downloaded. All buttons are the same PDF download - PDF will be provided - A single server-side counter stored in the database, shared across all pages and all visitors, will be incremented on every download and shown identically on all the counters on all pages (SiteGround's page caching must not freeze the counter — the count needs to load live) - 2 forms on the website, both ask for name, email and country (all fields mandatory) and both have a comment field, comments need to arrive at a seperate admin-only access page where they can be read before being approved to display on the webpage (I need to know where this is). - The two forms are "Leave a review" on the home page and the "Reader feedback" form on the reader feedback page. - The review form also has a 1–5 star rating widget, once a submission has been approved, the rating must display with the comment - Both form pages must have captchas to prevent bots filling them out - Once submitted forms have been approved by admin, the fields that display publicly are only: first name, first initial of the last name and the country (e.g., John D, Germany), plus the comment and the star rating. EMAIL is never shown publically - Pages that show approved comments show only 50 comments, and then generate a next page. A page toggle at the bottom (in the middle) allows the person to navigate to next page or back (once 50+ comments have been received) -The website must be setup as HTTPS
