Small apartment, layout design + 3D renders

What I need: I have an empty irregular space and I want YOU to propose the layout. I'm looking for your ideas on how to best divide and furnish it — not just a render of a plan I give you. Please suggest 3–4 different layout concepts, then render the best ones. Also, I will equip the house w IKEA stuff mostly. The space: - Area: 38.71 m² (attached plan — irregular: wide at the top, narrowing to the entrance at the bottom). - Ceiling height: 3.02 m (2.67 m under the beam) — a mezzanine/loft is welcome if you think it works. - One window only (left wall, faces greenery). Entrance at the bottom point. - Existing bathroom (~1.9 m², bottom-left): keep it roughly where it is, but you can enlarge it if it makes the design better. - Existing floor stays — show it with a new wood-tone finish if you want Goal: a modern, clean studio (T0) or faux-1-bed for a single person or couple. Must work as a home: kitchen (extraction to exterior), sleeping area, living/sitting, small dining. I want to be impressed by how you use the odd shape — surprise me. Style direction (loose): warm minimalist, light wood, neutral tones. Open to your taste. Deliverables: 3–4 layout concepts (furnished 2D plans) + photorealistic interior renders of the best option(s), a few angles.
