Summary

Looking for an experienced KNX smart home system integrator for my personal villa project in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The house is already designed around Schneider Electric KNX infrastructure and boards. I am looking for someone who can help design and integrate a modern open smart home architecture using: * Schneider KNX * Home Assistant * Alexa voice control in all rooms * KNX IP integration * Smart automations/scenes * Ubiquiti network integration Experience with LogicMachine, Home Assistant dashboards, voice/intercom systems, and luxury smart homes is highly preferred. The goal is to build a stable, future-proof, AI-ready smart home without vendor lock-in. Preference for freelancers or integrators who are based in Saudi Arabia or have access to the Khobar/Dammam area for possible onsite support.
