Smartlead Deliverability & Cold Email Infrastructure Consultant The Line Studios is looking for an experienced cold email deliverability consultant to audit our current Smartlead infrastructure and recommend the safest path forward. We manage our own prospecting, lists, copy, and campaigns. We do not need lead generation or campaign management. We need technical expertise around domains, inboxes, deliverability, and ongoing sending health. Our current setup We currently use: Smartlead Multiple sending domains Google Workspace inboxes GoDaddy for domains and DNS Smartlead warmup We began building the infrastructure manually, but one domain was flagged by SURBL shortly after setup. We paused further expansion until an expert can review everything. We are also considering SmartSenders. We need an independent recommendation on whether SmartSenders is right for our needs or whether another infrastructure approach would be safer and more scalable. Our eventual goal is to support approximately 300–500 outbound emails per day without risking our primary company domain. Initial scope The consultant should: Audit all current sending domains, inboxes, DNS records, forwarding, tracking, and Smartlead settings Review SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and other relevant authentication records Investigate the likely cause of the SURBL flag Identify configuration issues or deliverability risks Evaluate SmartSenders and compare it with other suitable infrastructure options Recommend the appropriate mailbox provider and workspace structure Recommend how many domains and inboxes we need Create a safe warmup, ramp-up, and daily sending plan Establish guidelines for monitoring, pausing, rotating, and retiring inboxes Ensure our primary company domain remains protected Expected deliverables We would like to receive: A written audit of our existing infrastructure A clear recommendation on SmartSenders versus other options A proposed domain and mailbox architecture Recommended sending and warmup limits A list of immediate corrections Estimated ongoing software and mailbox costs A simple monitoring process our internal team can follow An implementation plan and handoff call We would also like support implementing the agreed-upon corrections within the available budget. Optional ongoing monitoring can be quoted separately. Required experience You should have: Direct Smartlead experience Strong cold email deliverability and infrastructure experience Experience with SmartSenders or comparable mailbox providers Deep knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, domain reputation, and inbox placement Google Workspace and domain registrar experience Experience diagnosing SURBL or similar blocklist issues A clear process for monitoring domain and inbox health Experience supporting U.S.-based B2B cold outreach When applying Please include: Specific Smartlead infrastructure projects you have completed An example of a deliverability or blocklist issue you resolved Whether you have worked directly with SmartSenders How you would approach auditing our current setup What you can deliver within a fixed budget of up to $2,000 Your availability for at least two hours of overlap with Eastern Time Any financial relationships you have with mailbox or infrastructure providers Please begin your proposal with the word DELIVERABILITY so we know you reviewed the complete scope.
