QA Smoke Testers for Web & Mobile App

We are launching a new feature and need a tester to do a quick 30-minute smoke test on our web platform and companion mobile app (iOS/Android). Instead of following a huge script, we want you to act like a real user and explore the app. We need fresh eyes to catch obvious crashes, broken buttons, and confusing screens before we go live. What you will do: Install our app (TestFlight/Play Store internal link) and open the web version. Complete 4 core user flows (e.g., Sign up → Browse products → Add to cart → Checkout). Try to break the flow by entering invalid data, switching screens quickly, or turning Wi-Fi on/off. Report any crashes, visual glitches, or layout issues on mobile vs. desktop. Deliverables: A simple Google Sheet or Word doc with your findings. For each bug: 1 sentence description + 1 screenshot/video. A rating (1-5) on how smooth the overall experience felt. Requirements: Must have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) AND a computer/laptop. Basic understanding of what a "bug" is. Good written English to describe issues clearly.
