About FemFuel - FemFuel is a premium women's performance nutrition brand launching in the UK. - We're building the performance brand for women who train. - Our mission is to help women better understand and support their bodies throughout every phase of their menstrual cycle through evidence-based performance nutrition and education. - We are not a traditional supplement brand. - Our aesthetic is much closer to WHOOP, SULT, Eight Sleep and Apple than typical fitness brands. About the Role -We're looking for someone with exceptional creative taste to help bring our content to life. -This is not a typical video editing role. We'll provide: -The content idea -The messaging and script -Brand guidelines -B-roll footage -Product renders -Creative references -Your role is to transform those assets into beautiful, premium social content. -The ideal person understands how to make simple footage feel expensive. The Type of Content You'll Create -You'll primarily create Instagram content including: -Moving Posters -One beautiful piece of footage with elegant typography and subtle motion. -Educational Carousels -Minimal layouts with exceptional typography and hierarchy. -Product Content -Luxury product animations and motion graphics. -Brand Storytelling -Clean, premium content that communicates our positioning as the performance brand for women who train. The Style We're Looking For We will provide examples, but brands we love include: -SULT -WHOOP -Eight Sleep -SWT Our content should feel: -Premium -Editorial -Modern -Sophisticated -Minimal -Confident Not: -Loud -Flashy -Over-animated -"Gym bro" -Generic Canva templates -Typical supplement advertising What Success Looks Like -Every post should make people think: -"This brand looks premium." We care deeply about: -Typography -Composition -Spacing -Motion -Colour -Pacing -Beautiful, understated execution is far more important than complex animations. What We'll Provide You'll receive: -A detailed creative brief for every post -The exact copy -B-roll footage -Product renders -Brand colours -Brand fonts -Reference videos and inspiration You do not need to: -Write copy -Create marketing strategy -Come up with content ideas Your job is to make our content visually exceptional. Required Skills -Strong motion design skills -Excellent typography and layout -Adobe After Effects -Adobe Premiere Pro -Figma (preferred) -CapCut (nice to have) Most importantly: -Exceptional creative taste.- Who We're Looking For -Someone who naturally notices: -Great typography -Beautiful layouts -Premium branding -Elegant motion -Clean composition Ongoing Work Initially: 3–5 Instagram posts per week. Long term: We're looking for someone to become our long-term creative partner as FemFuel grows.
