Social Content Marketing Manager & Producer

We're hiring a Social Content Marketing Manager & Producer We're looking for someone who can take content from idea to execution.Strong copywriting skills are required. You'll research trends, develop content ideas, write hooks, scripts, captions, and campaigns, coach our CEO through filming, schedule content, engage with our audience, analyze performance, and continuously improve results. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, copywriter, producer, and creator. You should be comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, and Metricool—but AI is a tool, not a replacement for creativity. The first and last creative touch should come from you. Video editing and design skills are a bonus, not a requirement. Our priority is finding someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally well, and create content that resonates. If you can also edit and manage the full content production process, we can expand the role, responsibilities, compensation, and hours accordingly. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands how to create content that grows an audience, generates organic leads, and drives people to take action. Budget is highly dependent on the agreement we create, whether this is a full time or part time position.
