We're building a relationship-first engagement system for a mortgage and real estate business — Realtor referral partners first, with borrowers, investors and professional referrers alongside. You'd own this end to end: researching and qualifying Realtor accounts → thoughtful public engagement across Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit and Quora → a daily reply queue → CRM entry, hygiene and stage accuracy → GEO and search research → nurture support and founder escalation → and setting up and running the social accounts day to day. Not included: founder video production, recording plans, or YouTube production direction. That's a separate role. This is not a generic commenting, lead-scraping, or mass-messaging role. The paid test. Approved markets and ZIP codes, target audiences, qualification rules, engagement standards, CRM stages and compliance boundaries are in our confidential playbook, which you'll receive if shortlisted. You'll produce a 30-day platform-native engagement strategy, sample replies for each platform, one complete daily reply queue, a Realtor nurture example, a California-to-Utah GEO and YouTube support strategy, a CRM-stage and follow-up workflow, an email nurture outline, and a measurement plan focused on relationship progression. Before starting you must review the playbook in full and send a short written acknowledgment. Work that ignores or contradicts it may be considered incomplete. Expectations: complete it personally, no subcontracting or agency handoff. Natural, thoughtful, non-promotional English. Flag what should be drafted, held, reviewed or escalated. Effort: approximately 20-24 focused hours. Delivery: within 7 calendar days. Payment on satisfactory completion. The test measures judgment, not implementation- no live posting, monitoring, DM management or CRM setup required for the test itself.
