What You'll Do You'll be the voice behind Qwoted's comments section, the one actually showing up for journalists, editors, and producers across every platform we're on. This isn't a scheduling-and-reporting role. It's relationship work. You'll grow our brand awareness and following by genuinely supporting and engaging with the people we exist to serve. Responsibilities -Own Qwoted's presence in the comments across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky -Identify journalists, editors, and industry leaders we should be following, liking and engaging with -Be a real fan of the press. Know what reporters are working on, what they care about, and when it's worth jumping in -Strike the right tone on each platform: professional but human, genuine not transactional -Surface trends, behavioral signals, and cultural moments the team should know about or act on -Deepen relationships with people already warm to Qwoted, not just cast a wide net -Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags in a timely way -Flag potential reputational risks or community issues before they escalate Who You Are -You've built or scaled a social community for a brand before -You can hold five different conversations, in five different tones, on five different platforms -You're comfortable with tools like Sprout Social or Buffer -You're reliable, responsive, and don't need to be chased -Bonus: you're a news junkie or have a journalism background To Apply Find three people on LinkedIn (journalists, editors, or industry leaders) that Qwoted should be engaging with right now.
