We’re looking for a fast, reliable graphic designer who knows what performs on social media and can jump in immediately. You should understand current trends, platform formats, and what makes someone stop scrolling. Most projects require 24-hour delivery, with edits completed the same day and all work delivered within 24 hours max. You must be: 1. Available and responsive on Slack during Pacific Time business hours 2. Comfortable working quickly without sacrificing quality 3. Ready to start with minimal onboarding or direction 4. Reliable with deadlines, revisions, and communication This is an ongoing role with regular work, not a one-off project. If you love a fast pace, make smart creative decisions, and don’t need hand-holding, we’d like to see your portfolio.
