Social Media Account Manager & Organic Content Writer (Twitter/X & Reddit)

We’re currently hiring an experienced Social Media Account Manager and Content Writer for a full-time position at our company. We’re a team of 40 people based across Argentina, Israel, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and we’re looking for someone who understands social media (preferably Twitter and Reddit), knows how to create organic and trending posts, and builds engagement naturally. The role includes: • Writing and publishing organic-style content across Reddit and Twitter/X • Researching communities, trends, narratives, and viral discussion angles • Managing and maintaining multiple social media accounts • Creating posts that feel authentic, natural, and community-native • Monitoring engagement and adjusting content strategies accordingly • Coordinating with our internal team on content direction and campaign goals Ideal candidates: • Have strong written English • Understand internet culture, memes, and online communities • Know how Reddit and Twitter algorithms and engagement work • Can write in different tones and styles naturally • Are highly online and familiar with trending discussions • Have prior experience managing social media accounts or online communities The position pays $550/month full-time, with flexible working hours throughout the day.
