Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Advertiser / Media Buyer who specializes in generating high-quality leads and purchases for local service businesses through advanced targeting and conversion-driven ad strategies. This is NOT an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands consumer psychology, microtargeting, conversion optimization, audience behavior, and scaling profitable campaigns while minimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA). Responsibilities: -Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: -Facebook / Instagram Ads -TikTok Ads -Google Ads -YouTube Ads (plus if experienced) -Apply advanced microtargeting strategies for local service businesses when necessary -Build customized advertising and scaling strategies on a per-client basis -Develop client-specific campaign structures, audience funnels, and growth plans -Generate high-quality leads — not just cheap leads -Reduce CPL and maximize ROAS -Build conversion-focused funnels and retargeting sequences -Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages -Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability -Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven decision making -Understand local service industries and buyer intent Optimize campaigns for: -Lead generation -Purchases -Appointment bookings -Phone calls -Form submissions Ideal Candidate Must Have: -Proven track record with measurable results -Experience running ads for local service businesses Strong understanding of: -Pixel setup -Conversion APIs -Retargeting -Lookalike audiences -Geo-targeting -Behavioral targeting -Funnel optimization -Ability to identify and target high-intent audiences -Strong copywriting and ad creative direction skills -Deep understanding of scaling strategies and campaign structure -Ability to build tailored advertising systems for different business types and industries Experience lowering: -Cost Per Lead (CPL) -Cost Per Purchase -Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) -Strong communication and reporting skills Bonus Skills: -Landing page optimization -CRM integration experience -AI-assisted ad creative workflows -Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, etc. -UGC ad strategy knowledge To Apply: Please send: -Case studies or campaign results -Industries you’ve worked with -Average CPLs/ROAS achieved -Platforms you specialize in -Examples of successful local service campaigns -Your strategy for generating QUALITY leads, not just volume -How you approach building customized strategies for different clients and industries We are looking for someone long-term who understands how to drive real business growth through paid social advertising.
