📣 We’re Hiring: Social Media & AI Agent Strategist | Discoverend Location: Remote | Type: Freelance / Performance-Based Discoverend is a specialist property transformation company delivering expert HMO conversions, external rendering, cladding, external wall insulation (EWI), and internal refurbishment solutions. We work with landlords, developers, and investors to transform properties at every level — and we’re scaling our brand to reflect the quality and ambition behind every project we deliver. What You’ll Be Doing • Build and execute an organic social media strategy to grow Discoverend to 1,000 engaged followers within 90 days across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) to generate qualified property investor leads • Use AI agent tools and automation to streamline content scheduling, audience targeting, and performance reporting • Develop and test creative ad copy, landing pages, and lead funnels using A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Track performance using Google Analytics and data visualization tools, reporting clear metrics and ROI on campaigns • Collaborate closely with the founder to align all messaging with the Discoverend brand voice: professional, trusted, and results-driven What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in SEO, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and CRO • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce/landing page platforms • Experience using AI tools and agents for marketing automation and content strategy • Strong data visualization skills to present campaign insights clearly • Fluent, professional English communication — written and verbal • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding Important: Please Read We are specifically looking for individuals who are comfortable working on a performance or client-closed payment structure, meaning compensation is tied to results and closed deals.
