Location: 100% Remote Type: Part-time, hourly | Approximately 20 hours/week Reports to: Marketing Leader Works closely with: Marketing, Social, Creative, and Sales teams About Destify At Destify, we are wedding travel experts, linking love with location. We help couples plan destination weddings with expert guidance, trusted resort partnerships, and end-to-end support through planning and travel. Social media is one of the biggest ways couples discover Destify, get inspired, and start conversations with us. As our content and social presence continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help keep the day-to-day engine moving while making sure the people engaging with us don't get lost along the way. About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, social-savvy person to join our marketing team as a Social Media Assistant & Lead Screener. This is an execution-focused role with two connected responsibilities: 1. Keep our social media presence organized, active, and moving. You'll help manage our content calendar, prepare and publish content across platforms, repurpose existing assets, support community management, and make sure great content actually gets out the door. 2. Turn social interest into real conversations. You'll monitor comments, DMs, and inbound interest, respond to potential couples, ask a few questions to understand what they're planning, and help move qualified opportunities to our Sales team. You won't be expected to own Destify's overall social strategy. You'll work from an established brand strategy, content direction, and campaign priorities while helping execute them consistently and proactively. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, genuinely understands social media, communicates well, and likes being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Social Media & Content Execution Manage the day-to-day social media content calendar and keep upcoming content organized and on track. Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other applicable channels. Prepare captions and adapt content for different platforms and formats. Upload, organize, and maintain social media assets. Prepare Reels, Stories, Shorts, carousels, and other social formats using existing creative. Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content across platforms rather than letting good content go unused. Coordinate with video editors and other creative partners to make sure assets are ready for publication. Create simple graphics and social assets using approved Canva templates. Help keep the content calendar ahead of deadlines and flag gaps or upcoming needs. Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and social opportunities that may be relevant to Destify. Support basic social reporting and content tagging. Community Management Monitor comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and messages across Destify's social channels. Respond to routine questions and conversations in Destify's established brand voice. Identify conversations that require additional information or internal attention. Help organize and surface UGC, couple content, resort content, and other community-driven opportunities. Maintain a positive, helpful, and on-brand experience for people interacting with Destify. Lead Screening & Sales Support Monitor social interactions for potential wedding leads and identify people showing meaningful interest in Destify. Respond quickly to warm inbound leads while their interest is fresh via social DM’s and set them up for calls with the sales team Start natural conversations with couples and learn basic information about their plans, including timing, destination interest, guest count, and readiness to plan. Follow up with warm leads through social messaging, SMS, and occasional phone calls. Enter and maintain lead information and notes in HubSpot. Qualify promising leads and hand them off to the Sales team with clear, useful context. Make sure social interest doesn't become a missed opportunity. Share common questions, objections, and themes with Marketing so we can continue improving our content and customer experience. What We're Looking For Must Have Hands-on experience managing or assisting with brand social media accounts. Strong understanding of major social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working from an established brand voice and creative direction. Comfortable communicating with customers or potential customers through DMs, messaging, and occasional phone calls. Fast, reliable responder who enjoys keeping things moving. Comfortable learning and working in tools such as HubSpot, Google Drive, Canva, and social scheduling platforms. Able to recognize when something can be handled independently and when it should be escalated. Reliable internet and a professional setup for occasional calls. Nice to Have Experience with social scheduling or management platforms. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM. Experience with lead generation, sales support, customer service, or social selling. Familiarity with Canva. Experience working with UGC or influencer content. Interest in travel, weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle content. Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. How You'll Work With Us You'll work primarily through company-managed accounts and systems. Access may include: Company Google Workspace Shared Google Drive Company Canva workspace Social media management/scheduling platform HubSpot Project management system Approved social platform permissions Brand guidelines and content templates Whenever possible, direct social account access will be managed through role-based permissions or our social management platform rather than sharing master passwords. All content calendars, drafts, graphics, reporting, lead notes, and other work products should remain within company-managed systems. What Success Looks Like You'll know you're succeeding when: Social content is scheduled accurately and published on time. The content calendar stays organized and ahead of deadlines. Posts consistently follow Destify's brand standards. Existing content is regularly repurposed instead of forgotten. Comments and DMs receive timely, thoughtful responses. Potential leads are identified and followed up with quickly. Qualified leads reach Sales with clear and useful context. Fewer social tasks, follow-ups, and publishing details need to sit on the Marketing Leader's plate. Trends, content opportunities, and recurring customer questions are proactively surfaced. The broader Marketing team can trust that the day-to-day social engine is being taken care of. Schedule This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. Because social engagement and lead activity can happen outside traditional business hours, some flexibility around evenings or weekends may be helpful. Exact schedule and coverage will be discussed during the interview process. Why This Role Matters We're growing our content production and expanding the ways couples discover Destify. That means more content, more conversations, and more opportunities to turn social interest into real weddings. This role helps make sure none of that momentum gets lost. You'll be an important link between Content, Social, Marketing, and Sales — helping great content get published, helping our community feel heard, and making sure interested couples take the next step. Stress isn't on the guest list, and it shouldn't be in our social calendar either.
