Social Media Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and proactive Social Media Assistant to support our social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working independently while following established brand guidelines. Responsibilities . Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms . Adapt social media graphics using tools such as Canva . Monitor comments, respond to messages, and perform basic community interactions . Track social media performance metrics and support with preparing simple reports . Help maintain a consistent content calendar Requirements . Previous experience supporting social media accounts for businesses . Strong written English skills (Czech language is a hughe plus) . Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, GoHighClients, or similar . Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred) . Excellent organization and attention to detail . Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively (we use Slack)
