This position is for a real estate investing education brand. We teach people how to flip and invest in mobile homes through organic content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. We’re hiring a part-time Social Media Assistant to own content execution across our brand accounts. This is not an entry-level role. You need to already know how short-form content works — hooks, retention, platform mechanics, what performs and why. We will not train you on the basics. What You’ll Do • Create original Reels for our Instagram brand page (@mobilehomesuccess) — scripting, editing, posting • Cross-post Reels from George’s personal Instagram to YouTube Shorts and TikTok same day they go up • Use Opus Clip to generate Short candidates from long-form YouTube videos, review the output, approve strong clips, edit weak ones, cut anything that doesn’t hold up • Respond to comments on @mobilehomesuccess daily • Run outbound engagement — identify target real estate accounts, engage with their followers to drive new follows to our page • Schedule and post using Publer across all managed accounts simultaneously • Submit weekly creative ideas and a brief performance report every Friday You’re the Right Fit If: • You have hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) — not just scheduling • You understand what makes a hook work, what kills watch time, and how to structure a 30-60 second clip • You’ve used Opus Clip or similar AI clipping tools before • You know Publer or can get up to speed without handholding • You can write in someone else’s voice and keep it natural — no corporate tone, no fluff • You are proactive — you bring ideas, you flag issues, you don’t wait to be told what to do Platforms & Tools Used - Publer, Opus Clip, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, CapCut or equivalent editing software Scope This is a part-time ongoing role. Hours will vary week to week based on content volume. Compensation is hourly — include your rate when applying. To Apply Answer these two questions in your proposal.
