We are looking for a talented, creative and passionate person based in Sri Lanka who wants to grow together with our brand. Your Role You'll help us build an inspiring Instagram presence that makes people around the world dream about visiting Sri Lanka. Your responsibilities include: Creating 3 high-quality Instagram posts per week Creating 2 engaging Reels per week Writing compelling captions in English Researching relevant hashtags Scheduling content Suggesting creative content ideas Following Instagram trends and adapting them to our brand Occasionally sourcing or creating authentic local content from around Sri Lanka (photos and videos) We're Looking For Someone Who Lives in Sri Lanka Has excellent written English Loves travel, storytelling and visual content Has experience with Instagram, Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) Understands luxury travel, boutique hospitality and destination marketing Is creative, proactive and reliable Thinks like a brand builder—not just a social media manager Starting Budget Starting budget: USD 50-70/month We believe in long-term partnerships. As the Instagram account grows and the collaboration proves successful, your compensation will increase accordingly. We want to grow together and reward commitment, creativity and results.
