We are a growing UK-based group of businesses operating across property, finance, accommodation, cleaning, and scaffolding. Our brands are built around structure, professionalism, and long-term value, and we are now looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media & CRM Manager to help us build our online presence and manage client and investor relationships across all six brands. This is a remote, part-time role starting at around 5 hours per week with clear room to grow as the business grows. THE BRANDS YOU WILL SUPPORT Firedstone Developments (FD) — property acquisition, refurbishment, development, and portfolio management Firedstone Sourcing (FS) — deal packaging, investor sourcing and relations OSL Financial Services (OSL) — mortgage advisory, protection, and bridging finance Stayliving (SL) — serviced accommodation, short-term lets, and guest management StayClean (SC) — professional cleaning operations for internal and external clients Retrology UK Ltd (RT) — scaffolding operations for commercial and residential projects WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for all six brands Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice and visual identity across each brand Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data Research trending topics, property news, finance updates, and industry content relevant to each brand's audience Build and maintain content calendars and posting schedules across all brands Support organic growth strategies including hashtag research and audience engagement CRM Management Maintain and manage the CRM system (currently HubSpot — migration to a new platform is in progress) across all six businesses Keep contact records accurate and up to date — investors, mortgage clients, guests, vendors, contractors, referral partners, and leads Build and manage pipelines for property sourcing leads, mortgage enquiries, investor relationships, accommodation bookings, and commercial enquiries Set up automations, follow-up sequences, and task reminders using Make.com Produce regular reports on pipeline health, lead status, and conversion activity Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and Firedstone's confidentiality standards Support the CRM migration process as it progresses — flexibility and adaptability required Systems & Reporting Work within Asana for task management and reporting Follow and contribute to SOPs and internal processes across all brands Communicate proactively via Slack with daily or session-based updates Maintain clear records of all work completed with supporting evidence WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand — please share examples or portfolio links with your application Experience using a CRM system — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or similar Familiarity with Make.com or similar automation tools is a strong advantage Strong written English and an eye for professional, on-brand content across multiple brands Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple brands without losing attention to detail Comfortable working independently within a structured, systems-led, and SOP-driven environment Interest in UK property, finance, accommodation, or construction is a strong advantage Experience with Canva, scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite), or similar is desirable Familiarity with Asana or similar task management tools preferred WHAT WE OFFER Starting rate: $3/hr with clear opportunity to increase based on performance, reliability, and contribution Flexible remote working — you manage your own hours within agreed deadlines A growing business group with real room to expand the role significantly over time Exposure to UK property sourcing, investment, mortgage advisory, serviced accommodation, cleaning, and scaffolding operations A structured, professional, and SOP-driven working environment with an established team HOW TO APPLY Please apply with: A short cover letter telling us why you are the right fit for this role Examples of social media accounts or content you have managed Details of any CRM systems you have used and how you used them Your answer to this question: If you were given access to all six of our brand pages and our CRM on day one, what would your first week look like?
