We're 8x, a US-based, fast-paced startup (just closed our seed round). We run high-volume short-form content campaigns for brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We're looking for clippers. Ideally those that have done it before What you'll do: - Cut high-performing short-form clips designed to be recreated and posted at volume - Post and distribute across multiple accounts targeting a US audience - Track what performs, iterate fast, double down on winners and kill losers - Work directly with our founding team The growth path (this is the important part): This is not a one-off gig. We're looking for someone who can clip AND grow into owning the entire vertical — building the playbook, recruiting and managing a team of clippers, and driving the numbers. You'll start hands-on to prove the craft on a live campaign. If you deliver, the vertical is yours to scale, with a base plus performance upside. Who we're looking for: - You've personally run clipping campaigns or clip accounts before, and can show the accounts and view numbers - You know the mechanics hands-on: multi-account posting, US-geo distribution, avoiding bans, fast editing (CapCut or similar) - You understand what actually makes a clip pop, and can explain WHY, not just that it did - Volume mindset: many shots on target, double down on what works - Self-directed. There is no playbook yet — you'll build it. - Bonus: you've coordinated or taught other clippers before To start: a paid trial on a live campaign with clear success criteria.
