Social Media Community Manager (Buffer Experience Required)

About the Role: We're looking for a Social Media Community Manager to handle our Instagram and TikTok comments and direct messages via the platform "Buffer". Your job is simple: engage with potential renters, answer basic questions, and convert conversations into qualified leads for our apartment locator agents. You will not be creating content or posting on social media. Your entire focus is responding to engagement and turning it into appointments and leads. Responsibilities: .Respond to Instagram and TikTok comments and DMs throughout the day .Start conversations with potential renters .Collect contact information (name, phone number, email, move date, budget, preferred area, etc.) .Qualify leads before handing them off to our leasing agents .Follow up with people who stop responding .Keep conversations organized and ensure every inquiry receives a response .Provide excellent customer service and maintain our brand voice Requirements: .Excellent written English .Friendly, professional communication skills .Experience handling business social media DMs and comments with Buffer or a similar platform .Comfortable talking with people and guiding conversations .Highly organized with strong attention to detail .Able to work quickly and manage multiple conversations at once Bonus Qualifications: .Experience with lead generation or appointment setting .Real estate or apartment locating experience .Customer service or sales background To Apply, please include: .A brief introduction about yourself .Examples of social media accounts you've managed .Any experience generating leads through DMs .Your hourly rate .The word "Apartment" at the top of your proposal so we know you've read the full job description .Your weekly availability
