Social Media & Community Manager

Summary We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take over our English-speaking social media channels for Vivian Lab (https://vivianlab.com). If you know how to stop the scroll, create viral short-form video content, and build an engaged community, we want you on our team! What you will be doing: - Platform Management: Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. - Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and standard posts. - Posting Schedule: Maintain a consistent posting schedule of 5 times per week across platforms. - Influencer Outreach: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand our brand reach. - Community Growth: Implement strategies to organically grow our follower base and drive user acquisition/traffic to our platform. What we are looking for: - Fluent or native English and German speaker with excellent copywriting skills. - Proven track record of managing and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts (please provide a portfolio or links to accounts you've managed). - Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) tailored for Reels and TikTok trends. - Experience with influencer outreach and negotiation. - Self-motivated, creative, and data-driven. This is an ongoing monthly role for the right candidate.
