Social Media & Community Manager

We’re looking for a thoughtful, relationship-focused Social Media & Community Manager to help us build meaningful conversations online. At Infinite Skies, we help entrepreneurs and real estate fund managers overcome the psychological barriers that limit their success. Our social media isn’t about chasing algorithms—it’s about creating authentic conversations that lead to real relationships. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as our company grows. What You’ll Do * Respond to comments across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms * Manage direct messages and help move conversations toward meaningful relationships * Conduct LinkedIn outreach using proven messaging and relationship-building strategies * Monitor notifications and ensure timely, thoughtful responses * Maintain the founder’s voice, tone, and brand across every interaction * Help identify potential leads and opportunities within our online community Bonus Skills (Not Required) * Create graphics for social media posts using Canva or similar tools * Design simple digital assets, carousels, and promotional graphics * Assist with scheduling and organizing social media content What We’re Looking For * Excellent written English * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Experience managing business social media accounts * Comfortable representing someone else’s voice authentically * Organized, responsive, and proactive * Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the founder Experience with LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media management tools is a plus.
