About the Project I need a professional analyst to perform a comprehensive audit of my social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) versus my competitors. I don’t just want raw numbers; I need a full breakdown of the "Why." What You Will Deliver I need a detailed report that covers every metric and explains the strategy behind the performance. 1. Complete Metric Analysis Engagement: Engagement Rate, likes, comments, saves, and shares. Growth & Reach: Follower growth trends and content reach/impressions. Content Performance: Video retention/view-through rates and consistency analysis. 2. The "Why" Analysis (Detailed Breakdown) For every area, you must explain the reason behind the results: Why they are winning: Analyze the psychology of their top posts. Is it their hooks, their visual style, their audio, or how they solve user problems? Why I am behind (or ahead): For every metric where I am trailing, explain exactly what I am missing. If I am ahead in some areas, explain why I am winning there so I can replicate that success. The Conversion Factor: Analyze how they convert passive viewers into followers/leads compared to how I currently do it. 3. Strategic Roadmap Gap Analysis: A side-by-side comparison of my strategy vs. theirs. Actionable "Stop/Start/Continue" Plan: A specific list of changes I need to make to improve my performance.
