Social Media Content Assistant (Remote, Part-Time / Per-Post)

**About the role** I run Esmeralda — a master-planned village project in Sonoma County, CA — plus related brands (Edge Esmeralda, my personal presence). I post regularly across Instagram and Twitter and need a detail-oriented, design-savvy collaborator to turn my ideas, templates, and rough notes into polished, ready-to-publish posts. I'll review and hit "publish" myself; your job is to get everything 95% of the way there. This is a flexible, part-time arrangement: **roughly 3–7 posts per week** (sometimes duplicated across multiple platforms), sent in batches. Some overlap with US hours (PST/EST) is nice, but the work is mostly async. **What you'll do** - Take my ideas, templates, and rough notes and produce finished post drafts so that I can simply press "publish" after reviewing them, including organizing them very clearly within Notion & Google Drive so they're easy to re-use - Design on-brand graphics in **Figma** (I will provide some template components — you adapt and extend them) - Write light, clean captions and copy in strong, natural English.
