Social Media & Content Assistant for Podcast-Led Marketing

We are be/impact, a London-based education startup helping companies turn their employees into teachers for nonprofits, charities and social enterprises. We also run Talent Talks, a podcast where we speak with senior leaders about learning, leadership, talent development, AI, culture and the future of work. We are looking for a creative, organised and digitally native content assistant to help us turn our podcast episodes into strong social media content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. What we need help with The main goal is to help us release podcast content consistently across our channels. This includes: Reviewing podcast episodes and identifying the strongest clips, hooks and themes Turning podcast insights into short-form posts for LinkedIn Creating captions and copy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn Helping shape content around the guest’s personal brand, voice and key messages Writing posts that sound human, sharp and relevant — not generic or AI-written Organising content calendars and making sure posts go out on time Coordinating content assets such as video clips, thumbnails, captions and hashtags Repurposing one podcast episode into several pieces of content Helping us understand what content formats are working best across channels The ideal person We are looking for someone who is: Strong at social media, especially LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts Good at understanding personal brands and tone of voice Comfortable writing content for founders, senior leaders and professional audiences Gen Z fluent / highly aware of current content trends Able to make business content feel interesting, clear and engaging Organised and reliable Good at spotting strong hooks and turning long conversations into short, useful content Comfortable working with podcast, video and social media workflows Able to work independently and suggest ideas, not just wait for instructions Nice to have It would be a bonus if you have experience with: Podcast marketing LinkedIn ghostwriting Founder-led content B2B content Canva or basic design tools CapCut, Descript, Riverside, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools Scheduling tools for social media Working with startups What success looks like We want someone who can help us build a repeatable content system, so that each podcast episode can become: Several short-form video clips LinkedIn posts for be/impact and/or our founder Instagram and TikTok captions YouTube Shorts titles and descriptions Suggested posting schedule Clear tracking of what has been published and what still needs to be done How to apply Please send: A short note on why you would be a good fit Examples of social media content you have created, ideally for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Any experience you have with podcasts, founder brands or B2B content Your usual process for turning a long video or podcast into social media content Your hourly rate or package price Please also include the word “Talent” at the top of your application so we know you have read the full post.
