Social Media Content Coordinator & Canva Designer (Multiple Brands)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented freelancer to manage monthly social media content production across multiple lifestyle and wellness brands. This is not a strategy role. We already have content ideas, copy, and brand direction. We need someone who can efficiently execute, organize, and prepare content for publication. Responsibilities * Create social media posts using existing Canva templates * Adapt and update designs while maintaining brand consistency * Prepare monthly content calendars in advance * Organize content assets, captions, and visuals * Upload and schedule content through social media management platforms * Ensure posts are scheduled correctly across multiple brands and channels * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control Requirements * Strong Canva design experience * Excellent organizational and project management skills * Experience scheduling content using platforms such as Metricool, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously * Strong written English communication Nice to Have * Experience with wellness, lifestyle, beauty, luxury, or e-commerce brands * Basic understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats * Experience working with content calendars and asset libraries
