Social Media: Content Creation

We are an early-stage startup looking for a talented Social Media Manager who knows how to create engaging, viral content that drives views, brand awareness, and app installs. Our product is a social media app, and we’re seeking someone who understands how to capture attention, identify trends, and turn content into measurable growth. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a social media content strategy focused on growth and virality. * Create and publish high-performing content across relevant platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.). * Identify trends, formats, and opportunities that can increase reach and engagement. * Use analytics to optimize content performance and improve results over time. * Collaborate with our team to align content with product updates and marketing goals. * Drive awareness of our app and contribute to increasing app installs. Requirements * Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content that generates strong engagement and views. * Strong understanding of viral content mechanics and current social media trends. * Advanced or native-level English proficiency (written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and proactively bring creative ideas. * Experience with short-form video content is highly preferred. * Familiarity with growth metrics and performance analysis.
