Social Media Content Creator (Instagram Design & LinkedIn Content)

Social Media Content Manager (Instagram & LinkedIn) We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager to take ownership of our Instagram and LinkedIn presence. Your primary responsibility will be creating engaging Instagram posts (including graphics, carousels, and captions) and LinkedIn content that aligns with our brand and audience. You will be responsible for the entire process, from content planning and creation to publishing and performance tracking. With modern AI tools (Claude Design) and automations, we understand that much of the content creation process can be done quickly and efficiently. However, we are looking for someone who can provide the human judgment, creativity, and attention to detail needed to produce high-quality content and manage this function with minimal oversight. Responsibilities - Create Instagram posts, carousels, graphics, and captions - Create and publish LinkedIn content - Develop and manage a content calendar - Schedule and publish content - Monitor engagement and recommend improvements - Ensure all content is professional, consistent, and aligned with our brand Requirements - Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts - Graphic design capabilities (Canva or Figma) - Strong content creation and copywriting skills - Ability to work independently and own the process end-to-end We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term partnership who can take ownership of our Instagram and LinkedIn content and help grow our presence over time.
