What We Need We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator who specialises in luxury brands and understands what premium content looks and feels like. You will be responsible for creating all social media content for Lakhani Builders across Instagram and other relevant platforms - from static graphics and carousel posts to short-form reels and video content. This is a part-time engagement and we require candidates to be based in Karachi. Applications from outside Karachi will not be considered. What You Will Be Doing Design and produce high-quality static posts, carousel graphics, and visual content for Instagram and other social media platforms Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and deliver short-form reels and video content aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all content that reflects the prestige of a luxury real estate development Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines If you have read this far, please begin your proposal with the word CONTENT so we know you have gone through the full post. Deliver content on time, to brief, and to a standard befitting a luxury real estate brand Manage a content calendar independently and communicate proactively on timelines and deliverables What We Are Looking For Proven experience creating social media content for luxury brands - real estate, hospitality A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality static design and short-form video or reel production Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or equivalent Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, and what premium content demands Based in Karachi Self-directed, reliable, and able to manage a content calendar independently Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory for this application.
