Social Media & Content Creator Manager (Latin America)

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator Manager based in Latin America to join our brand on an ongoing basis. This role involves staying current with the latest social media trends and best practices, and applying them to keep our content fresh and effective across Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities include creating high-quality content: designing graphics, writing posts, and editing video for our Instagram and TikTok channels. You'll take full ownership of the content pipeline from concept to publish. Beyond execution, we're looking for someone who will get familiar with our brand voice, audience, and goals in order to build and evolve a custom-tailored content and growth strategy over time. This is a collaborative, hands-on role that requires strong initiative and genuine involvement in the brand's success, not just task completion. Ideal candidate: - Strong portfolio in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing, specifically for Instagram and TikTok - Deep knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently - Based in Latin America - Individual freelancers only, please — we are not looking to work with agencies - A big plus if you have experience running Meta Ads Please share relevant work samples or a portfolio with your proposal.
