Social Media Content Creator Needed for Luxury Maui Wedding – July 17-19th

We are seeking a social media content creator to capture decor-focused and team-focused content for a luxury wedding in Maui. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design details, event décor, and behind-the-scenes moments. The content will primarily highlight the event design, florals, installations, and the production team in action, rather than guest-focused coverage. Event Details: 📍 Location: Four Seasons Maui 📅 Date: July 17-19th (Decor + setup + team coverage + final details) ⏰ Coverage hours will be confirmed but will be around 4-6 hours per day Key Focus Areas: Decor and design details (florals, tablescapes, installations, lighting, signage) Behind-the-scenes team content (setup, styling, installs, finishing touches) Transformation moments (before → after setups) Short-form social content highlighting the production process Deliverables: Capture high-quality vertical photo and video content (primarily iPhone-based is fine) • BTS + team setup • Final room decor (details + wide shots) Create content suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories Deliver organized raw content within 24–48 hours Requirements: Experience capturing event décor, weddings, or luxury event setups Strong attention to design and visual storytelling Ability to work in fast-paced setup environments Comfortable interacting with event teams during installation Must be available July 17-19th in Maui Must provide portfolio examples of decor or event content Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with event planners, floral teams, or production teams Strong eye for composition, styling, and detail shots Experience capturing before-and-after transformations To Apply: Please include: Portfolio or examples of decor or event-related content Confirmation of availability Your day rate
