Social Media Content Creator & Manager — Medical Aesthetics & Health Wellness | 3 Brands** We are looking for an experienced social media content creator and manager to run organic content across three brands in the aesthetic and wellness space. This is an ongoing role requiring someone who understands the nuances of posting in a regulated healthcare niche — including platform restrictions around injectables, peptides, weight loss, and hormone therapy — and knows how to create content that converts without getting accounts flagged or banned. --- **The Brands** An aesthetic and wellness center on Long Island's North Shore offering: Injectables (wrinkle reducers, dermal fillers, plasma injections, filler dissolver, acne injections), Microneedling, HydraFacial, Aquagold Facial, Chemical Peels, Facials & Facial Monthly Membership, IV Hydration Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Sound Bath Therapy, Chakra Cleansing, Plasma Hair Restoration, Keravive, Airbrush Spray Tan, Makeup Application, and Peptide/Wellness Injections including a GLP-1 program. A men's health and wellness optimization center offering: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Weight Loss Programs, Peptide & Vitamin Therapy, NAD+, IV Drips, Sexual Enhancement Solutions, Skin & Hair treatments, Infrared Sauna, and Red Light Therapy. **Content Requirements** - 5 reels/posts per week per brand (3 in total) - Daily stories across all accounts - Content must be platform-optimized for both Instagram and TikTok - Weekly content calendar submitted in advance for owner approval before anything goes live - Must be proficient in Canva or comparable design/video software - Voiceover, trending audio, and on-screen text experience preferred --- **Compliance & Platform Knowledge — This Is Non-Negotiable** We have had accounts flagged and restricted in the past. We need someone who: - Has direct experience creating compliant content for med spas, hormone clinics, or wellness/telehealth brands - Understands platform restrictions around peptides, GLP-1/weight loss, TRT, and injectables — and knows how to frame content effectively while staying within guidelines - Is familiar with LegitScript certification and can actively assist us in obtaining it - Knows how to write copy and structure posts that avoid trigger words and restricted claims without diluting the message --- **Analytics & Strategy** - Track performance across all accounts weekly (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares) - Provide a brief weekly summary with clear, actionable recommendations - Continuously adjust content strategy based on performance data --- **What We're Looking For** - Proven portfolio of content created for aesthetic clinics, med spas, wellness centers, or men's health/hormone therapy brands - Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms - Experience navigating compliant healthcare and wellness social media marketing - Copy that feels natural and informative — not salesy or overly promotional - Reliable, organized, and communicative with consistent weekly output - LegitScript familiarity strongly preferred; experience guiding a practice through certification is a major plus --- **To Apply** Please include: - Links to social media accounts you've managed in the aesthetics, wellness, or men's health space - A brief explanation of how you approach platform compliance for regulated services (peptides, TRT, injectables, weight loss) - Your process for submitting content calendars and obtaining client approvals - Your availability and time zone
