Social Media Content Creator for an Educational Platform (Bulgaria)

We're ematura.bg, an educational platform helping Bulgarian students prepare for their matura exams — and we're looking for a warm, creative Social Media Content Creator to join our small team and help our Instagram and TikTok grow. If you love being on camera, enjoy putting together short videos that actually connect with people, and want a steady monthly role with a team that genuinely cares about the mission — we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: - Filming, editing, and posting 4 short-form videos a week to Instagram and TikTok (we'd love to see your face in at least 3 of them!) - Keeping our social presence lively — replying to comments and DMs, keeping the bio fresh, and making sure everything feels on-brand - Hopping on a weekly check-in call with the team to plan content and celebrate what's working What we're looking for: - Based in Bulgaria and fluent in Bulgarian - Basic video editing experience - Comfortable and confident on camera - Reliable and a good communicator who can keep up a weekly posting rhythm - Genuinely passionate about the brand, with an interest in the Bulgarian education system / matura exams Pay: $250/month base, with performance-based bonuses possible as we grow together.
