Social Media Content Creator needed for Tea & Wellness Startup

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator for a startup who understands how to build and nurture a premium lifestyle brand online appealing to a busy woman core target. You will serve as the creative mind of brand with content featuring Founder on Instagram and Facebook - planning, creating, and publishing content that builds connection, amplifies mission, and drives audience growth and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands visual branding, wellness-centric and knows how to translate a brand’s heart into compelling content that converts. Design visually consistent, on-brand posts, stories, videos and reels. Write clear, compelling captions in our brand voice. Capture or curate photography/video assets (product, lifestyle, and event). Work with Social Media Manager to schedule and post content based on strategy and calendar.
