We show up with everything: high-performance blasters, inflatable bunkers, full safety gear, and a trained crew that runs the whole show from setup to breakdown. Birthdays, school field days, church events, community gatherings — we turn any space into an all-out battlefield that kids remember for years and parents never have to lift a finger for. Our brand is bold, warm, and punchy. Think 90s comic-book energy: action panels, not PowerPoint slides. We're growing fast, and we need a creative who can keep our social feeds as loud and fun as our events. The Role We're hiring an experienced social media content creator to produce 3–5 finished creatives per week for Instagram and Facebook, built so they can also be repurposed for TikTok. This is a create-only role — you will not be posting or scheduling content. You build the creatives in batches, send them to us for review, and we handle distribution. The ideal person works efficiently in focused batches (one or two days a week), has a strong eye for design, and writes clean, compelling English copy when a creative calls for words on screen. What You'll Do 1. Produce 3–5 polished creatives per week for Instagram and Facebook, formatted so they can be repurposed for TikTok. Create a mix of formats: static posts, carousels, and infographics across the various sizes each platform needs (feed, stories, reels covers, etc.). 2. Build lightweight motion when it elevates the piece — GIFs, simple animations, or short video edits are welcome and encouraged. 3. Work from our existing library of event photos and videos to assemble fresh content. 4. Create original assets from scratch using generative AI tools where helpful (a strong plus). Write on-image copy and captions that are sharp, on-brand, and grammatically clean. 5. Follow our brand guidelines — colors, typography, voice, and language rules — on every piece. 6. Deliver work in organized weekly batches for review and light revision. Workflow The role is built to be simple and hands-off for us: 1. You produce a batch of the week's creatives across one or two working days. 2. You send the finished files to us for review. 3. We approve or request light revisions, then we handle all posting. We want someone we can rely on to own this scope without close supervision. Tools & Assets 1. Canva is our primary design tool — strong proficiency is required. 2. We'll provide a library of event photos and videos to work from. 3. We have Canva templates you can use; you're also free to build your own, as long as everything stays within our brand guidelines. 4. We'll share our full brand guidelines (mission, colors, typography, voice, and language rules) on day one. What We're Looking For 1 Proven experience creating social media content for Instagram and Facebook (portfolio required). 2. Strong Canva skills — you can move quickly and make things look professional. 3. Excellent written English. You understand nuance, and any copy you put on a creative reads like strong copywriting, not an afterthought. 4. A good design eye — clean layouts, strong hierarchy, on-brand energy. 5. Reliability working independently and delivering on a consistent weekly cadence.
