About the role We're looking for someone who doesn't just understand social media, but feels it. The kind of person who catches trends before they trend. Who can watch two videos back-to-back and diagnose in seconds why one flopped, and the other blew up. Who writes hooks that freeze a thumb mid-scroll and captions people actually finish. Who doesn't study internet culture, they live inside it. And above all, knows exactly how to make someone stop. Because this is a big year for Nutriseed. We're one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands, manufacturing our own products from our factory in Reading and helping thousands of people build healthier daily routines through functional nutrition. As we scale, social is becoming central to how people discover us, connect with us and decide to stick with us. We don't want to make more content. We want to tell better stories. That's where you come in. The Role This isn't a "schedule a few posts and done" kind of social role. You'll own and grow Nutriseed's organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating content that feels smart, current, genuinely watchable and unmistakably us. One day, you might be on the factory floor filming a product launch. The next, following our founder through a day of building the business and turning it into a story worth watching. The next, jumping on a trending format and making it land for a wellness brand, or turning a customer's transformation into something people share. You'll have the freedom to ideate, experiment and move at pace, taking each piece from idea to script to shoot to edit to publish. What you'll be doing Creating standout, scroll-stopping content from idea to execution Writing hooks, captions and carousel copy sharp enough to earn the read Filming, editing and publishing short-form video that looks good across every platform Documenting our founder's journey and building their personal brand on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Turning everyday moments (the factory, product launches, the team, our customers) into compelling stories Building social-first creative around new products and campaigns Turning trends, news and internet culture into wellness content people genuinely engage with Making nutrition and healthy living feel engaging, accessible and aspirational Building and maintaining the content calendar Spotting trends early and constantly testing new formats and platform behaviours Repurposing high-performing content across channels Producing photography where required, and keeping the content library organised Tracking performance and understanding what actually drives views, engagement and shares Feeding a steady stream of fresh creative into paid social We'd love to hear from you if… You make content because you genuinely love it, not just because it's the job You've grown a social channel (your own or a brand's) and have the numbers to show it: a real following, or videos that have reached hundreds of thousands of views You're a strong copywriter with exceptional instincts for hooks, pacing and social-first storytelling From experience, you know what makes people stop scrolling and why You can take an idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish, independently You know what's trending right now, and more importantly, why it's trending You have strong visual taste: framing, pacing, editing, storytelling You instinctively know the difference between content that grabs attention and content that builds a brand You can make content feel considered and high-quality, not loud or generic for the sake of a trend You're comfortable on camera when a format calls for it, and confident directing others in front of one You have strong filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut) You move quickly without dropping quality You're self-sufficient, curious and full of ideas You have a genuine interest in health, nutrition or consumer brands You've got 2+ years of short-form video creation behind you The Type of Person Who'll Thrive Here You're naturally curious. You notice stories other people miss. You take ownership, you don't wait to be told what to film, you arrive with ideas. You're comfortable trying new things, you love learning, and you care about creating work you're proud of.
