Social Media Content Manager (AI-Savvy) - Growth Opp

We're a fast-growing content agency that installs world-class content operations for founders and CEOs. We've built audiences to 1.8M+ followers and 750M+ views, and we're scaling. We're looking for our first key content hire, and this is not a button-pushing social media gig. This is the ground-floor role. You'll start as our Social Media Content Manager, and as you prove yourself, you'll be trained directly in our systems to grow into a Content Lead / Head of Content running content for our brand and our clients. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for the person who becomes one of the most important people in this company. You live and breathe content. You scroll with intent. You can tell why a video popped and why one flopped. You understand hooks, retention, packaging, and how content actually turns into leads, not just likes. And critically, you're fluent with AI. We run AI-powered workflows for research, scripting, repurposing, and production, and you need to be the kind of person who gets handed a workflow and immediately makes it better. What you'll do: Manage and grow social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook Run our AI-powered content workflows (research, scripting, repurposing, packaging) and improve them Develop content angles, hooks, and strategy built around a specific audience and offer Own scheduling, posting, captions, and basic performance tracking Communicate directly with our clients. You'll be a face of our service, so professionalism and clear, warm communication matter Stay responsive and available day-to-day in Slack (this is how our whole team runs) Help build and document repeatable systems as we scale the team You must have: A real track record managing or growing social accounts (be ready to show examples + numbers) Deep, current knowledge of short-form AND long-form content and what makes it perform Strong, daily fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, automation, AI editing/repurposing, tell us your stack) Excellent written English and the ability to match a brand's voice Top-tier communication. This is one of our highest priorities. You're responsive, you're available during agreed hours, you keep people updated, and you never go dark. We run on Slack, and you'll be communicating with both our team and our clients. Self-direction. You figure things out, you don't wait to be told every step Reliability and the hunger to grow into a leadership role Bonus points: Experience scripting or directing video content Editing / thumbnail / design ability You've personally grown an account from zero You've built your own AI automations or content systems Send your portfolio 🚀
